Inkiddos will be the sole beneficiary of any goodwill associated with your use of the flyers. Inkiddos reserves all rights not expressly granted herein. Inkiddos may revoke the permissions generally or as applied to your use, at any time at its sole discretion. While inkiddos tries to publish and promote the submissions/flyers /images/video/cover photo, it does not represent or warrant its accuracy, adequacy or completeness. Inkiddos is not responsible for any loss suffered as a result of or in relation to the use of the submission/flyers/images/video/cover photo, by us or by others. To the extent permitted by law, inkiddos excludes any defaming, liability, including any liability for negligence, for any loss, including indirect or consequential damages arising from or in relation to the use of submissions/flyers /images/video, by us or by others.
